1. Lives Lost- Dotson uses the Non- Question/ Question in his story to capture soundbites from the children about the four girls who had lost their lives that day. Dotson uses his stand up in the story while in the gym explaining what the girls did in the gym. He explains it allowing the viewer to visualize it in their head.
2. Cave Rescue- My favorite line from Dotsons story is the open at the beginning where he says " Imagine slithering through a cave- a mile and a half long- climbing up a thousand foot maze dragging a broken leg." It makes me visualize and think of myself being in that position.
3. Ruby Bridges-
setting: the main focus of this story is around the school in the past and present day.
foreshadowing: Dotson uses past and present day life to talk about Ruby and he struggles she went through
conflict: Ruby Bridges was the youngest solider of the civil rights act. She was only six years old and making history
character: Ruby Bridges along with her classmates. There was a few kids in the closet as well that she talked about and how they were white and when she walked into the closet she thought she was in Disney World.
growth: " I think it is important that we become mother and father to every child" Ruby says in her interview and I think that is the point where she over came it.
resolution: Children came back to school and became friends with Ruby
4.Pearl Harbor- It ended with a tribute to all the men who went down in Pearl Harbor with the memorial that was thought of and created by a solider who fought along in Pearl Harbor.

Tiger Woods Reaction Post
I have never really been a fan of golf but if I were a die hard Tiger Woods fan I think that his apology was sincere and that he really knows what he did wrong. Tiger Woods sounded like he knew what he was doing treatment wise and spoke as if he is extremly serious about it. As a reporter I think that his apology was sincere and he knew what he was talking about. Tiger Woods knew his mistakes and knew the road to recovery that he would have to take. I think that he really means his apology but I believe that it would be more sincere if he didnt keep looking down at his papers.
