I read the article 'Groundhog Predicts Six More Weeks of Winter'. I think that Groundhogs day is a fictional day. By saying that if a ground hog sees its shadow does not mean that there will be six more weeks of winter. March can be one of the snowiest months of the year. If the ground hog does not see its shadow then it is said that spring will come early. In Minnesota spring does not come till March has ended. Either way if the ground hog sees its shadow or not there will be six more weeks of winter.
